feedBridge by lalo-app · Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Who we are
feedBridge is a Shopify app made by lalo-app ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app accesses, why, where it is stored and for how long. Contact: support@lalo-app.com.
2. What the app accesses
When you install feedBridge, you grant it read-only access to products (Shopify permission read_products). With it the app reads:
- product and variant data: titles, descriptions, prices, compare-at prices, stock levels, SKUs, barcodes, vendors, product types, tags, collections, options, images and product links;
- basic store information: store name, domain, currency and time zone;
- your app subscription status from Shopify, to apply your plan.
feedBridge does not request access to customers, orders, checkouts, payment information or staff accounts, and it does not collect personal data of your customers.
3. What we store and why
- Store identifier and access token issued by Shopify — to read your catalog on schedule.
- Feed settings — template, conditions, columns, schedule.
- Feed files — the generated feeds, published at private, hard-to-guess links that you share with platforms such as Google or Meta.
- Check reports — the last 20 runs of each feed, including product titles and IDs that had issues, so you can fix them.
- Preferences — interface language and current plan.
- Trial record — a one-way cryptographic hash of your store domain and the date your free trial started, so that a free trial is offered once per store. The hash cannot be turned back into your domain.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except as described in section 5.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored on a dedicated server in France (European Union), operated for us by Contabo GmbH. Connections to the app and to feed links are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the server is restricted to us. Database backups are kept on the same server for up to 7 days.
5. Who else sees the data
- Platforms you connect — Google, Meta or any service you give a feed link to receive the product data in that feed. Their own policies apply.
- Shopify — processes billing for paid plans. We never see your payment details.
- Hosting provider — Contabo GmbH provides the server infrastructure and does not use the data for its own purposes.
- Email — messages you send to support@lalo-app.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox; we use them only to answer you.
The full list of service providers is on the Subprocessors page. Merchants who need a data processing agreement can use our Data Processing Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
- When you uninstall feedBridge, your feeds, feed files, reports and settings are deleted right away.
- When Shopify sends a data erasure request for your store (48 hours after uninstall), any remaining store data is erased.
- Backups containing your data are overwritten within 7 days.
- The trial record (a hash, not your domain) is kept so the free trial is not repeated.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about your store at any time by writing to support@lalo-app.com. We also process data requests that Shopify forwards to us under GDPR and similar laws. If you are in the EU, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies and tracking
feedBridge runs inside your Shopify admin and uses Shopify's session tokens to authenticate you. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not track you across sites.
9. Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
