Terms of Service
feedBridge by lalo-app · Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. The service
feedBridge ("the app") is a Shopify app provided by lalo-app ("we", "us"). It reads your store's product catalog and builds product feeds for platforms such as Google Merchant Center and Meta, or in CSV format for other uses. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You use feedBridge through your Shopify store. You are responsible for who has access to your Shopify admin, and you must be authorized to install apps on the store.
3. Plans and billing
- feedBridge offers a free plan and paid plans. Current plans and limits are shown on the app's pricing page and inside the app.
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in US dollars, every 30 days or yearly, and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never see your payment details.
- A free trial is offered once per store. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plans page. When you cancel or move to a smaller plan, feeds that no longer fit your plan are paused, not deleted.
- Charges already made are not refundable except where required by law or by Shopify's policies.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice inside the app. Changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.
4. Your data and feed content
- Your product data remains yours. We use it only to provide the app.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your product data and for complying with the policies of the platforms you send feeds to. feedBridge checks common requirements, but we cannot guarantee that Google, Meta or any other platform will accept or approve your products.
- Feed links are private but not secret-protected: anyone with the link can download the feed. Share them only with the platforms you use.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use feedBridge to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to overload or attack the service. "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use: up to 100 feeds and 100,000 products per feed. We may suspend feeds that put the service at risk and will tell you why.
6. Availability
We work to keep feedBridge available and your feeds up to date, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, Shopify API limits or outages of third-party services can delay updates. If an update fails, the last valid feed stays online.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or advertising costs, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using feedBridge at any time by uninstalling it; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop offering the app with at least 60 days' notice, or immediately if required by law or by Shopify.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use feedBridge after a change means you accept the new terms.
