Does Tandem need my order history?
No. The autopilot builds proposals from your catalog — titles, tags, collections, properties — so Tandem is useful from the first day, in a new store too.
Can I change what the autopilot suggests?
Yes. Every proposal waits for you: accept, edit or skip it. Your own rules for categories, collections, chosen products or properties always come first.
Will it slow down my store?
Finished recommendations are stored in your store and rendered by theme blocks, so the product page does not wait for our server.
Which themes are supported?
Any Online Store 2.0 theme. Blocks are added in the theme editor and take fonts, colors and buttons from your theme by default.
Does Tandem access my customers?
No. Tandem reads products and writes recommendations into your store. It does not read customer records.
Which languages does it speak?
The admin is available in 10 languages, picked from your Shopify admin; block titles follow your storefront language.
