Help
WYS adds size charts to product pages and shows live stock in every row. Setup takes about ten minutes and needs no code. Stuck? Write to support@lalo-app.com — the developer answers.
1. Create a size chart
Open Size charts and pick a template or Blank chart. Copy a table from Excel, Google Sheets or a brand PDF and paste it into any cell: WYS detects the columns (size, height, chest, inseam…) and ranges such as 170–178. Cells it cannot read are highlighted. You can also upload an .xlsx or .csv file.
2. Choose where to show it
In Where to show add rules: vendor, product type, collection, tag or a word in the title. A product gets the chart if it matches any rule; inside one rule all conditions must match.
In Don't show add exclusions with the same conditions. A product that matches any exclusion never gets this chart, even if it matches a rule. Example: chart “Venture” — show for vendor SUNN with “Venture” in the title, don't show when the title contains “Air”; a second chart covers “Venture Air”.
If two charts claim the same product, WYS shows neither and lists the product in the watchdog until you narrow a rule or pin a chart. Showing no chart is safer than showing the wrong one.
3. Add it to your theme
Open On the storefront → Add block to theme. The theme editor opens on a product template with the “Size chart (WYS)” block; place it near the size picker and save. Prefer no editing? Turn on the app embed instead — it puts a “Size chart” link next to the size picker automatically. Works with any Online Store 2.0 theme.
The block only appears on product templates. If the theme editor opens your home page, your products are not published to the Online Store sales channel yet.
4. What shoppers see
Each row shows whether that size is available for the selected model and color: in stock, only a few left, preorder, sold out or not offered. Clicking a row selects the size. The fit finder suggests a size from height (Plus and Pro). Products without a chart show nothing at all.
5. Watchdog
The watchdog checks the whole catalog after every change and lists products with sizes but no chart, sizes missing from a chart and conflicts — each with a fix: pin a chart, match a size to a row by hand, or exclude the product (Pro).
6. Plans
Basic $5, Plus $7, Pro $10 per 30 days, or ten months' price for a year. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, once per store, billed by Shopify. Change or cancel any time from Plans; uninstalling stops billing. Details on the pricing section.
7. Uninstalling
Remove WYS in Settings → Apps. The chart disappears from your storefront immediately; your products are never changed. Size charts stay in your store as metaobjects, so a reinstall picks them up again.
