Subprocessors

These service providers process data so that Paceline can work. Changes are announced here at least 14 days in advance (see the Data Processing Addendum).

Contabo GmbH

• Purpose: server hosting for the app, its database and nightly copies of it.
• Data: store data, settings, rules, undo snapshots, Scout's suggestions and service records, and product data while a run is in progress, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Location: France (European Union). Company seat: Germany.

Cloudflare, Inc.

• Purpose: domain name service (DNS) for lalo-app.com and forwarding of emails sent to support@lalo-app.com.
• Data: contact data in support emails (name, email address, message).
• Location: global network; transfers covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Shopify is the platform your store runs on, keeps the order of your collections and shoppers' preferences, and processes billing under its own terms.
