What's inside

A site the owner runs herself

I

Landing

A door-like opening, a lattice that lights up from the centre, a ribbon of photos by city and a personal story of the agent.

II

Listings catalog

Sale and rent with city filters, a gallery for every property and a WhatsApp button with a ready-made message.

III

Admin app

A simple panel the agent installs on her phone: edit texts, photos, contacts and listings — no developer needed.

Decisions

What we chose — and why

Mexican materials as a paletteCal, cantera rosa, tezontle and brass — colours of local architecture instead of a generic "luxury" template.
Celosía over archesThree directions were prototyped; the lattice won: recognisable, light, and works on any screen.
Headless CMS on our serverPocketBase in a container: content lives in an API, the site stays static and fast.
Installable admin (PWA)The owner adds it to her home screen from Chrome — updates arrive automatically, no app store.
WhatsApp as the main channelIn Mexico deals start in WhatsApp, so every listing opens a chat with the property already named.
Daily backupsThe database is backed up every night and kept for a week.
